Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Warsaw is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our Information Systems scope. You will support daily IT operations, help users resolve technical issues, and contribute to a professional, service‑oriented environment.

You will provide first-level hardware and software support, troubleshoot Windows, assist with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, manage tickets, and document solutions clearly while developing in an international team.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of Windows administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and ticketing tools.
• Academic background in IT, computer science, systems administration, or a related field is a plus.
• English fluent; Polish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Curiosity, reliability, and motivation to develop in an IT support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and workplace IT issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist with basic network-related incidents and connectivity issues.
• Create, update, and follow up on tickets in the service desk system.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment while documenting incidents and solutions clearly.
