• Three years of professional IT support or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Solid experience with Active Directory and domain-based environments.
• Experience with Azure Entra ID and Intune.
• Understanding of LAN/TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP and network principles.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, update and maintain computers, devices, and applications.
• Support Windows, M365, Entra ID/Azure and Intune environments.
• Maintain office LAN and local server room operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and global IT teams on initiatives.
