Job summary

Euronet is seeking an IT Support professional in Warsaw to provide first-line assistance for end users, manage incidents, and support onboarding/offboarding processes. The role involves configuring Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and AD basics, and contributing to security and documentation efforts.

The ideal candidate has up to 2 years in IT support, communicates well in English, and is eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment with strong career development

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or computer science, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, user accounts, printers and common office apps.
• Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and willingness to learn Entra ID, AD and endpoint mgmt tools.
• Strong communication, customer focus, and good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and requests in the ticketing system and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding by configuring devices and user accounts and applying access rights.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 apps, Entra ID and AD basics.
• Support security/compliance activities including access management and vulnerability remediation.
• Create and maintain IT docs, knowledge bases, and procedures; help improve processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on projects and deployments.
