Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Kraków is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to join a global IT team. You will deliver 2nd-level onsite support, manage device builds, deployments, backups, and practical IT inductions for new hires, while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will handle Active Directory administration, Microsoft Intune and Azure, and support Zoom and collaboration tools, with a focus on de-escalation and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2nd-level onsite support including device builds, backups, and deployments.
• Manage incidents via in-person, email, and Zoom.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge base and technical docs.
• Strong focus on customer experience and de-escalation.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and business systems.
• Support local and remote video conferencing and meeting room AV.
• Collaborate with vendors to quote, order, and install equipment.
• Develop and document processes for continuous improvement.
