Job summary

Euronet Payments Infrastructure in Warsaw is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line helpdesk support, resolving common hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues. You will configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 devices, manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory, and support onboarding and offboarding of employees.

A degree in IT or related field and up to 2 years in IT support, with basic networking knowledge and strong

Qualifications

First-line IT support experience or internship.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and device management.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Willingness to learn Entra ID, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
Manage incidents in the ticketing system and escalate complex problems.
Assist onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices and access.
Configure Windows 11 devices and administer 365, Entra ID, and AD.
Support IT security and compliance activities and document processes.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on projects and deployments.
