Euronet – Payments Infrastructure Segment in Warszawa is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to provide frontline end-user assistance in a dynamic, international environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and aid onboarding/offboarding by provisioning devices and accounts. A strong customer focus and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field or strong interest in technology.
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, internship, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, user account management, laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard office apps.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and willingness to learn Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, good English proficiency, and a proactive approach to learning and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve common hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Manage, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, escalating complex issues when required.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, user accounts, access rights, and IT equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 devices, including software installation and basic administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory.
• Support IT security and compliance activities, including access management, device compliance checks, vulnerability remediation, and security incident reporting.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures while contributing to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors on projects, technology rollouts, equipment refreshes, and operational support activities.
