Job summary

Infosys is seeking an HR Administration Specialist with Italian for a hybrid role in Lodz. You will manage HR tickets, log inquiries, own client-reported issues, and escalate when needed while engaging in client HR discussions.

Qualifications

• Italian at minimum C1 level required for client communication.
• English at minimum B2 level required for client communication.
• 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Payroll preferred in Italian market.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to GDPR-related aspects.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.
• At least secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Timely handling of HR-related tickets.
• Accurate logging of inquiries in the ticketing system.
• Taking ownership of client-reported issues.
• Performing follow-up actions in case of escalations.
• Participating in client discussions regarding HR processes.
• Handling incoming calls – service line.
• Achieving quality goals and SLA targets.
