Job summary

QVC Group, a live social shopping company, is seeking a Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian to join the HR Services Team in Poland. You will serve as a first point of contact for HR questions including Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, guiding colleagues through system processes in Workday and ServiceNow.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 on-site days monthly at Wielicka 30, Kraków, with opportunities to grow in HR within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian (C1 level minimum).
• Willingness to develop in HR field.
• Customer service orientation with proactive approach.
• Ability to navigate an international, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR service support to managers and team members.
• Provide information and resolve HR policy/benefit/payroll queries.
• Enter HR data into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of People policies and procedures.

Junior HR Services Assistant with Italian

Your Opportunity, Your Team

HR Services Team Members are first point-of-contact for our team members' questions about HR policies and processes, also related to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc. You would be also responsible for guiding our team members through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions and educating them on the system specifics.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

• Deliver HR Service support to managers and Team Members
• Provide information and resolution to issues about calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, providing high-quality, timely and professional customer service
• Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolve ServiceNow tickets
• Take initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of People policies, practices, and procedures, creates process maps where applicable
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager

What You'll Bring

• Fluent English and Italian (C1 level minimum)
• Readiness to develop within the field of HR
• Customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a "can do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and a strong working knowledge of MS Office (not required but would be a strong asset)
• Experience using Case Management software (not required but would be a strong asset)
