Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Italian to join the Order Validation team in Poland. You will liaise between the Order Entry team, sales representatives, and other departments to resolve order discrepancies, update information, and monitor order statuses.

Responsibilities include monitoring blocked orders, lifting blocks timely, and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English and in Italian (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in using MS Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner, to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
• Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC.
• Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
• Close cooperation with internal & external stakeholders (Regional Offices, 3rd party Vendors, Sales, Pricing etc.).
• Working in SAP ECC/CRM CIC environment.
