Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and at least one European language. You will handle inquiries, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues across European markets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer support, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one additional European language.
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support or similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Team player who can also work independently on moderately complex tasks.
• Experience in international customer support and with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Representing the company to external and internal stakeholders via emails and the phone.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing customer requests with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
• Monitoring and following up on cases to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Communicating process-related information and changes to customers and internal teams.
