Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections for assigned accounts within a digitized shared-services environment.

You will interact with customers in English and Italian, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Finance and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies while following defined processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English and minimum C1 proficiency in Italian in business communication both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to learn and work across multiple systems, workflow technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
• Availability to work on-site in Warsaw during onboarding, training, certification, and readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment of balances.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and Italian to resolve payment issues and support arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collection outcomes within designated systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues per established policies and procedures.
• Follow processes, controls, and compliance requirements for consistent service delivery.
