Job summary

Medtronic in Poland, Warszawa, is seeking a Customer Care Operations professional to support price dispute resolution, invoicing accuracy, and order settlements. You will generate KPI reports and collaborate with regional contacts to improve processes under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
• Proficient with MS Office – Outlook, Excel.
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail; able to work independently on moderately complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support in resolving disputes related to pricing, invoicing, or delivery, including preparing documents for settlement of orders with pricing issues.
• Generate and publish price dispute KPI reports for each country and business unit monthly or as needed.
• Review existing dispute resolution processes and recommend improvements while following company policies.
• Communicate regularly with national and regional contacts for information and changes regarding the process.
