Job summary

Medtronic plc in Warsaw, Poland is seeking Customer Support Specialists with European languages to join our teams. You will provide proactive and professional customer service across multiple European markets, helping to ensure accurate and timely support.

Requirements include professional proficiency in English and at least one of French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or English; plus at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Shared Services, or similar environment.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Proactive, investigative mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Team player who can also work independently on moderately complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to external and internal stakeholders via email and phone.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Process customer requests and document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
• Monitor and follow up on customer cases to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to inform and support decision making.
• Communicate process-related information and changes to customers and internal teams.
