Job summary

NATEK is seeking a knowledgeable IT Support Consultant to join our Warsaw office. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide expert advice to enhance IT performance, and act as the main contact for end-user IT questions.

The role emphasizes swift problem-solving and proactive service across a multinational environment. You will install and support hardware/software, manage accounts, and document solutions to ensure knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Linux a plus.
• Experience with Intune and help desk ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers and phones.
• Provide technical support company-wide (in person or via phone/online).
• Repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Set up user accounts.
• Document procedures and configurations for knowledge sharing.
