Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Warsaw, Poland to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across Eastern Europe. You will administer IT systems, configure hardware and software, and guide users on IT solutions.

This role reports to the regional IT Manager and involves global collaboration on IT programs and security initiatives. The candidate will manage Active Directory, network access, and equipment preparation while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information science/computer science/MIS.
• 3+ years in similar IT support roles.
• Proficient in Windows client/server OS.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience with ITIL or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to users across Eastern Europe.
• Configure and maintain hardware and software, including AD objects.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and hardware deployments.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and incidents.
• Ensure security, data retention and antivirus measures are followed.
• Train new employees and provide technical guidance.
