Job summary

Awin is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team in Warsaw. You will provide on-site support from our Warsaw office and assist employees across multiple countries, troubleshooting issues and maintaining a secure, reliable IT environment.

The role focuses on first-line and some second-line support, laptop and device setup, onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset tracking.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Polish.
Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support in a multi-site or international environment is beneficial.
Troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and common peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support and resolve common second-line issues, escalating complex incidents within SLAs.
Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room tech.
Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely equipment preparation and collection.
Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.
