Vertiv Co is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Warsaw to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support across Eastern Europe. You will manage Active Directory, hardware/software configurations, and user guidance, working within a global IT Site Support team to ensure reliable IT services.

The role reports to the regional IT Manager and involves implementing security measures, software updates, and collaboration with global networks. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information science/computer science/MIS.
• 3+ years in similar IT support roles.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to users across Eastern Europe.
• Configure and maintain hardware and software; administer IT systems.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and initiatives.
• Manage Active Directory objects and file server access rights.
• Ensure security and compliance per corporate policies.
