Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking an IT On-site Support Intern to assist end users with day-to-day technical issues and to promote effective use of Microsoft 365 tools. You will join a local IT Onsite Support team within the wider Integrated IT structure.

In this 6-month paid internship, you will provide onsite and remote support to about 500 employees, deliver practical IT training for new staff, resolve Microsoft 365 problems, and help keep local business applications running

Qualifications

• Interest in IT Infrastructure and Service Operations practices.
• Enjoy international environment.
• Open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• English and Polish communicative (min. B2).
• Teamwork approach.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to work from the office (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite and remote IT support to ~500 employees in Poznań, including remote workers.
• Delivering practical IT training for new employees on network access, printer setup, email setup, meeting room booking, and Carlsberg tools.
• Resolving day-to-day Microsoft 365 issues and guiding users to solutions.
• Supporting local business applications and ensuring smooth daily operation.
