Job summary

Greenbrier is seeking an IT Intern in Świdnica to support the IT team with day-to-day technical assistance and Microsoft-based workplace solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, user support, and modern workplace technologies within a manufacturing setting.

You will assist with AD/AAD, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Autopilot configuration, and device preparation. The internship lasts 2–3 months, with flexible hours and mentoring from an experienced IT team.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate interested in developing a career in Information Technology.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• A willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot would be an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues and requests.
• Assisting with software installation, configuration, and maintenance on workstations.
• Providing basic support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Supporting user account management within Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Assisting the IT team with ongoing operational tasks and projects.
• Helping to prepare and configure devices for end users.
• Participating in troubleshooting activities and documenting solutions.
