Job summary

Carlsberg Group is seeking a motivated IT On-site Support Intern to join the Poznań team. You will provide on-site and remote support to about 500 employees, assist with Microsoft 365 issues, and help users with essential Carlsberg tools and applications.

The role offers 6 months of paid internship with a possibility of extension in a hybrid work setup. Strong English and Polish communication, plus MS Office proficiency, are required. This is an onsite position based in Poznań, Poland.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT Infrastructure and Service Operations practices.
• Enjoy international environment.
• Open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Speak English and Polish at least at B2 level.
• Teamwork approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees in Poznań, and remote workers.
• Deliver practical IT training for new employees (network access, printer install, email setup, meeting room booking).
• Resolve day-to-day Microsoft 365 issues and guide users to solutions.
• Support local business applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
