Job summary

Carlsberg Group is seeking a motivated IT On-site Support Intern to join the Poznań team. You will provide on-site and remote support to about 500 employees, assist with Microsoft 365 issues, and help users with essential Carlsberg tools and applications.

The role offers 6 months of paid internship with a possibility of extension in a hybrid work setup. Strong English and Polish communication, plus MS Office proficiency, are required. This is an onsite position based in Poznań, Poland.

IT On-site Support Intern

Role overview

As part of the local IT Onsite Support team, you will provide both proactive and reactive IT support to end users, helping them resolve day-to-day technical issues. You will also support employees in making effective use of Microsoft 365 tools by sharing practical knowledge and guidance. The local team operates within the wider Integrated IT structure.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing onsite and remote IT support to approximately 500 employees in Poznań, including employees working remotely.
• Delivering practical IT training, particularly for new employees, covering network access, printer installation, email setup, meeting room booking, and the effective use of essential Carlsberg tools and applications.
• Resolving day-to-day Microsoft 365 issues and guiding users towards effective solutions.
• Supporting local business applications and helping to ensure their smooth daily operation.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have interest in IT Infrastructure and Service Operations practices
• Enjoy international environment
• Are open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible
• Have proficiency in MS Office
• Speak English and Polish communicatively (min. B2 level)
• Have a teamwork approach
• Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
• Are willing to work from the office (onsite work)
