Job summary

Greenbrier Europe is seeking an IT Intern to support day-to-day technical assistance for employees and maintain Microsoft-based workplace solutions. The internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations, user support, and modern workplace technologies within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with software installation and configuration, basic MS 365 support, and user account management in AD/AAD.

Qualifications

Student or graduate seeking a career in Information Technology.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot would be an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support end users with day-to-day technical issues and requests.
Assist with software installation, configuration, and maintenance on workstations.
Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 applications and services; manage user accounts in AD/AAD.
Assist IT team with ongoing tasks and projects; help configure devices for end users.
Participate in troubleshooting activities and document solutions.
