Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–2 years’ related experience.
• Associate's degree preferred; 0–2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, workflow and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and partner teams professionally.
• Ensure SLAs and daily deliverables are met.
• Assist with installation of all IoT equipment and displays.
• Provide remote assistance for equipment setups and troubleshooting IoT or office IT.
• Assist in identifying blockers and drive deployments to completion.
• Perform site installation, repair, maintenance and testing with care for quality.
• Remote/on-site troubleshooting of IoT and office IT equipment.
