Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited invites a dedicated L1 Technical Support Engineer to oversee 24/7 monitoring of smart device health in a remote Poland-based setup. You will analyze data dashboards, runbooks, and coordinate with engineering to keep systems stable around the clock.

The role requires 1+ year in IT/IoT support, strong networking knowledge, and experience with monitoring tools. You will work 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends, on a contract of employment under Polish law.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical support experience in IT/IoT/software environments.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with monitoring tools and data queries (SQL).
• Proficient in ticketing systems such as Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk.
• Fluent English (B2) written and spoken; able to work 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and alerts 24/7 across rotating shifts.
• Triages incidents by severity and escalates using runbooks.
• Coordinate COEs and post-incident actions with engineering.
• Provide incident updates within SLA timelines.
• Document incidents and generate shift reports for handovers.
• Improve runbooks based on retrospectives.
