Astreya is seeking a Field Technician III to join our expanding IT field operations team in Warsaw. You will install and troubleshoot IoT equipment and displays, and provide remote support as required.

You will engage with stakeholders, meet SLAs, and follow client policies while maintaining high quality and customer service. The role requires independent work, clear communication, and a readiness to travel to support other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 0–2 years' related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Experience with spreadsheets, workflow and project management applications; familiarity with admin software.
• Strong understanding of IoT setups and IT terminology and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read architecture, electrical, structural and system drawings.
• Willingness to travel to support other sites if required.

Responsabilités

• Engage with stakeholders and partner teams with professionalism and customer service
• Ensure that SLAs and daily deliverables are met
• Follow client policies, standards or safety guidelines
• Assist with installation of IoT equipment and displays
• Troubleshoot IoT and office IT equipment remotely and on-site
• Provide instructional guidance to users in a clear, concise manner
• Track deployments and drive projects to completion
• Perform hardware resets/reimages and order hardware as required
• Other duties as required.
