They must have high level IT knowledge to carry out instructional documentation. Scope: * Follows established procedures on routine work* Requires following minimal or no instructions Your Roles and Responsibilities:* Engage with stakeholders and partner teams with the utmost professionalism and customer service* Ensure that SLAs and daily deliverables are met* Follow all policies, standards or safety guidelines that the client requires* Assist with installation of all IoT equipment and displays* Assist with problem solving and troubleshooting of any issue that may arise during an installation* Perform and/or provide remote assistance for equipment setups, breakdowns and troubleshooting IoT or other office technology as required* Assist in identifying blockers and resolving them for timely deployments and/or restoration of service* Assist in performing physical installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as directed with meticulous attention to driving and maintaining the highest quality standards* Onsite and remote troubleshooting IoT and office IT equipment to include network troubleshooting* Perform resets/reimages of hardware* Ordering hardware as required and tracking* Tracking project deployments and driving them to completion* Provide instructional guidance to users in a detailed yet concise manner* Other duties as required.
