Job summary

Teltonika is seeking a Pre-sales IoT Engineer in Warsaw, Poland, to join our global technical support team. The role focuses on advising customers and facilitating solutions around Teltonika Networks products.

You will work with Linux-based systems, industrial protocols, and various networking services, collaborating with R&D and other teams to resolve complex challenges while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Higher or equivalent technical/engineering education.
• Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• CCNA or similar certification is advantageous.
• 2nd/3rd line technical support experience is a plus.
• Strong networking knowledge and IT fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Teltonika Networks products and use cases via tickets and online meetings.
• Resolve technical issues from configurations, firmware/software, and other sources.
• Prepare internal/external documentation (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Serve as a key link between R&D and other departments or customers to resolve complex challenges.
• Gain hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, networking services, and peripherals.

We are looking for a Pre-sales IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Warsaw, Poland. Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

Teltonika's Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious engineer to improve their skills and be part of the technical support to innovative networking devices.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki)
• Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges
• Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
