Job summary

Teltonika is seeking an Operations Assistant in Warsaw to support end-to-end invoicing and equipment logistics for IoT projects.

You will collaborate with Sales and Logistics, monitor payments, manage demo equipment, and assist with events while maintaining accuracy in data and inventory, leveraging strong Excel skills and bilingual communication.

The role offers growth in a rapidly expanding IoT company with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on practical, hands-on operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Ability to own multiple topics and adapt to changes.
• Cat B driving license would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming customer payments.
• End-to-end support for the sales invoicing process.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoice data before further processing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to ensure correct invoicing of supplies and services.
• Coordinate with Sales on ordering and organizing demo equipment.
• Take over the IT equipment ordering process and its inventory.
• Manage hardware inventory (availability, stock levels, rotation).
• Coordinate the flow of equipment between employees and projects (substitutions/returns).
• Support Sales in ordering and organizing demo equipment.
• Support the organization of conferences, summits, and corporate events.
• Ensure availability of equipment and resources for events/implementations.
• Coordinate Equipment logistics for events and corporate trips.
