Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management III to lead and coordinate complex IT projects remotely from Poland. You will partner with functional teams through initiation, design, procurement, deployment and post-deployment stages, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality results.

You will build comprehensive documentation, manage risks, and drive KPI-based reporting while advocating for process improvements and change management across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of related experience in project/program management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with AI/Automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment and post-deployment phases.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (schedules, risk analyses, process docs).
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables using metrics/KPIs.
• Drive change management and risk mitigation strategies.
