Qualifications
- Technical education in electronics or IT is preferred.
Responsibilities
- First Point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7).
- Provide support via phone, mail, or Customer portal within SLA.
- Offer solutions for technical issues with Luminator products.
- Manage the Support desk using the provided ticketing system.
- Create and maintain customer service documentation.
- Ensure correct configuration setups for products in orders.
- Provide remote support when needed.
- Be proactive and contribute to process improvements.
