Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Tech Support Technician to assist internal and external customers during troubleshooting with 1st-level support. You will program customer data, assist in system integration, and diagnose hardware/software problems using logs and tests.

The role requires solid IT infrastructure knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong teamwork with customer focus. English and Polish fluency are essential, German is a plus, with hybrid work and in-office options

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in a technical/technology sector is expected.
• Strong team and customer orientation is essential.
• Experience in diagnostics and structured problem-solving is needed.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication (BAT scripts, XML, CSV) is desirable.
• Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems and Microsoft tools is advantageous.
• Independent, self-motivated and solution-oriented attitude is expected.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program customer data based on requests or requirements.
• Support customers during integration of new systems.
• Provide technical support via telephone, email, ticketing system, or remote access.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems from logs and test results.
• Perform maintenance and device configurations.
• Maintain service reports and ticket documentation.
• Inspect returned items and ensure proper troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Report recurring errors and suggest improvements.
