Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist internal and external customers during troubleshooting and data programming according to requests. You will support customers during system integration and act as the first point of contact in Aftersales.

Qualifications

• Two+ years after-sales experience in a technical environment.
• Structured, hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of networks, data types, and system communication (RS232/RS485/Ethernet).
• Familiarity with XML, CSV, and BAT files.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, patient, resilient team player.

Responsibilities

• First Point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7).
• Support via phone, mail or Customer portal (or SLA-based channels).
• Provide solutions for technical issues with Luminator products.
• Organize Support desk with Luminator ticketing system.
• Write and manage customer service documentation.
• Provide consistent configuration setup for products in customer orders.
• Remote Support.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
