Luminator Technology Group in Poland is seeking a Tech Support Technician to support internal and external customers during troubleshooting – 1st level support.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues from logs, assist with system integration, maintain reports, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve recurring problems. The role offers flexible hours, hybrid work options, private medical care, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in a technical/technology sector.
• Strong teamwork and customer orientation.
• Experience in diagnostics and structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication (BAT scripts, XML, CSV).
• Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems and Microsoft tools.
• Independent, self-motivated, solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• German skills nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Programming of customer data based on requests/requirements.
• Support customers during integration of new systems.
• Technical support via telephone, email, ticketing system, or remote access.
• Diagnosis of hardware/software problems based on logs and test results.
• Performing maintenance and device configurations.
• Maintaining service reports and ticket documentation.
• Inspecting returned items and ensuring troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Reporting recurring errors and suggesting improvements.
