Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers during troubleshooting and integration of new systems. You will be the first point of contact and coordinate with internal teams.

You will support via phone, email, and portal, work in a hybrid environment, and leverage knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and data formats to resolve issues. English and German language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics or IT.
• Minimum 2 years after-sales experience in a technical environment.
• Structured, hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• Experience supporting customers by phone in English and German.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, XML/CSV/BAT files.

Responsibilities

• First Point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7).
• Support over phone, mail or Customer portal during support office times.
• Provide solutions for customers' technical issues with Luminator products.
• Organize Support desk with ticketing system.
• Write and manage Customer Service documentation.
• Provide consistent configuration setup for products in orders.
• Remote Support.
• Be proactive and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

We are currently looking for Technical Support Specialist who will support internal and external customers during trouble shooting, program of customer data based on requests / requirements, support customers during integration process of new systems.

What you will do:

• First Point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7)
• Support over phone, mail or Customer portal (or any other channel) during customer support office times, or by separate agreement (SLA) by customers
• Solutions for customers for their technical issues with Luminator Products
• Organize Support desk with Luminator provided Ticketing system
• Writing and managing of Customer Service of documentation
• Providing consistent configuration set up for products in customer orders
• Remote Support
• Self-motivated, providing feedback and be challenging to improve organization in operational work
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Technical education, preferably in electronics or IT.
• Bus workshop apprenticeship is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ after-sales experience in a technical environment.
• Structured, hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, MS Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Customer support experience by phone in English and German.
• Understanding of networks, data types, and system communication, including RS232, RS485, and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of XML, CSV, and BAT files.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, patient, resilient team player.
