Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Purchasing & Invoice Resolution Analyst to manage POs, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support procurement governance. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, customer service excellence, and adherence to audit standards, with a hybrid work model and exposure to world-class procurement operations.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within indirect/direct categories.
• Hands-on with PO creation, invoice resolution and procurement documentation.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or a complex manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage POs for timely procurement transactions.
• Investigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders for compliance and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service.
• Support audits and licence-to-operate processes across teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, finance, and procurement to resolve issues.
• Respond to purchasing requests via a ticket-based system.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
