Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Purchasing & Invoice Resolution Analyst to manage POs, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support procurement governance. Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within indirect/direct categories.
• Hands-on with PO creation, invoice resolution and procurement documentation.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or a complex manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or similar tools.

Job Purpose:

The Purchasing & Invoice Resolution Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient execution of core procurement processes. Your primary responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders (POs) to enable timely and compliant transactions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.

A key part of your role will be managing procurement requests (PRs), collaborating with stakeholders to validate requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and audit standards. By combining attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, you will help streamline operations, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless procurement experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Create, validate, and manage POs to ensure timely and accurate procurement transactions
• Investigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes
• Maintain accurate PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiencyIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service
• Enable and support completion of process compliance and licence to operate audits to ensure processes remain fit for purpose and standardised across teams
• Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
• Work on ticket-based system to respond to purchasing requests
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities
• Deliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience

Key Experiences and Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories
• Hands-on experience with PO creation, invoice resolution, and procurement documentation
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or other procurement tool
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
