Metsä Board is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist for a 12-month temporary position at our European SCC in Gdańsk. You will manage the full order lifecycle from placement through delivery, invoicing and documentation, while providing professional support to assigned customers and building lasting relationships.

The role requires customer focus, strong communication in a multicultural environment, excellent organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end customer order process from placement to delivery, invoicing and documentation.
• Provide professional support to assigned customers and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, master data and documentation for traceability.
• Monitor stock levels, payments, credits, and complaints and coordinate with Sales and internal teams.
• Act as backup for other customer accounts and contribute to team targets and process improvements.
