Job summary

UPM is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the EMEIA Customer Service Team for UPM Pulp in Wroclaw, Poland. You will collaborate daily with customers, manage contracts, orders and invoicing, and handle inquiries and supplier questionnaires to support accurate master data and smooth operations.

You will work in a hybrid model, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, and benefit from development opportunities within an international, sustainability-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or similar tasks.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to work in a team.
• Good understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily collaboration and communication with customers.
• Handle customer contracts, orders and invoicing.
• Respond to customer inquiries, claims and supplier questionnaires.
• Monitor customer stocks and support forecast processes.
• Assist Sales with inquiries and share market/product information.
• Create and maintain customer master data; ensure quality.
• Support transparency of customer requirements across internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
