Job summary

Eaton in Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking a Senior Customer Service and Applications Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. You will manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and support digital ordering solutions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high service levels.

Candidates should have strong SAP knowledge, English fluency, and experience in logistics or order management, with a focus on continuous improvement and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, order management, sales operations, or application support.
• Good knowledge of SAP and order fulfilment processes.
• Understanding of transport, delivery, and customer logistics processes.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Basic cost awareness related to transport organization and delivery optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and digital customer solutions.
• Oversee order processing, shipment execution, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels.
• Support EDI processes, digital ordering platforms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor SAP for orders, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses, carriers, and teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare delivery requests, shipping docs, and customer notifications.
• Verify transport plans and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Communicate shipment status and delivery expectations timely.
