UPM Kymmene Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join the EMEIA Customer Service Team for UPM Pulp.

The role focuses on daily collaboration with customers, order handling, invoicing, and response to inquiries to ensure smooth order fulfillment across the MEIA markets. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or similar tasks.
• Ability to establish good relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.
• Knowledge of order management processes, preferably MEIA/MEA markets.
• Good understanding of international trade and supply chain processes, supporting smooth order fulfillment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritise workload.
• Customer-centric, proactive and flexible; team player and independent.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge is an asset; fluency in English is required (other European languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Daily collaborate and communicate with customers.
• Handle customer contracts, orders and invoicing.
• Handle customer inquiries, claims and supplier questionnaires.
• Monitor customer stocks and support forecast processes.
• Assist Sales with market, product and customer information.
• Create and maintain customer master data; ensure data quality.
• Support transparency of customer requirements across internal interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
