Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gdańsk to support customers and internal teams across the order lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end processes from order to invoice and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain.

The role requires English at a professional level, MS Excel proficiency, and prior experience in customer service or order management. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the Gdańsk office and office-based onboarding.

Qualifications

• English at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service or order management.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with initial office onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from order to invoice.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• Provide after-sales support to business customers.
• Manage customer orders and maintain order accuracy.
• Monitor backlog alerts and requested backlog changes.
• Support customer reserved inventory management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams.
• Drive on-time delivery performance aligned with goals.
• Build customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
