Job summary

PPG is seeking a Customer Operations specialist in Gdynia to manage orders, monitor statuses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Europe. You will process invoices and support delivery logistics while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluent Dutch, good English, at least 1 year in a similar role, and familiarity with SAP. The position offers hybrid work with in-person work Mon-Thu and Flexible Fridays.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch is a must.
• Communicative English required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or order management.
• SAP or similar ERP knowledge is advantageous.
• Logistics background is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders in the system accurately.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up with customers.
• Coordinate communication between sales, supply chain, factory and pricing teams.
• Handle invoice tasks including processing, corrections, credits/debits.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers.
• Monitor stock levels with supply and production teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsiveness and detail.
