Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 4+ years in Customer Service.
• Strong SAP experience (3+ years preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for your customer portfolio and own the end-to-end order cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Process high volumes of orders in SAP accurately.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for cost-effective deliveries.
• Take ownership of customer service quality and KPIs.
