Wella Company in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Customer Operation Specialist to own the end-to-end order cycle and resolve customer queries within our EMEA Order to Cash team at the shared service center.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluent English, and strong SAP experience; we offer a hybrid model (2 days on site) and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and AR.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 2+ years in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for deliveries.
• Take ownership of customer service quality.
