Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a customer service role acting as the first contact for customers.

You will process orders, resolve escalations, and provide advanced product information while collaborating with Sales, Finance, LSCM, IT, and Marketing. A hybrid model follows a 3-month onboarding period, with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office. The ideal candidate has Danish C1, English B2, and strong communication skills, plus experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; experience in customer service preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work across departments and manage complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Record and process orders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond promptly to escalated customer issues and ensure resolution.
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
• Provide advanced product information and support fitment inquiries.
• Follow sales dynamics to provide tailored customer suggestions.
• Build customer relationships and collaborate to improve processes.
• Participate in regional meetings and share stakeholder feedback.
