Job summary

TE Connectivity in Kraków is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to manage dedicated accounts, ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will liaise with field sales teams, coordinate service delivery, and resolve issues to drive customer success.

The role requires German and English fluency, SAP/Salesforce/MS Office knowledge, and strong multitasking abilities under pressure. A hybrid office model in Kraków is offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service desired.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, Salesforce.com and supply chain or logistic knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• A passionate team player with Customer Focus and organizational agility, who can work under pressure and provide timely follow up as well as resolution of issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Customer on daily inquiries with timely follow up and resolution of issues and inquiries.
• Proactive communication to Customer and liaise with parties to come up with solutions for open and upcoming matters. Customer visits might be required.
• Seek regular informal and formal feedback via transactional surveys or via phone and e-mail during daily communications.
• Manage escalations for your customers.
• Review quote and order requirements, blocks management, monitor critical shipments
• Follow up on quotes and quality issues
• Act as voice of the Customer for internal support departments
• Participate in development training and process improvement projects to expand and challenge learning new ideas and processes
• Take ownership for actions and follow through on tasks until resolved
