Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of German (B2+).
• Familiar with ITIL processes and procedures, especially incident, problem, and change management.
• Willing to learn and develop cloud administration skills.
• Experience with Linux/Unix command-line environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to maintain and support customer infrastructure, including cloud-based services and environments.
• Perform day-to-day operational and maintenance activities (RUN) to ensure service availability and stability.
• Communicate with customers through a ticketing system, following ITIL best practices for incidents and service requests.
• Manage task priorities and coordinate activities to meet SLAs.
• Monitor customer infrastructure using monitoring tools, analyze alerts, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work in cloud environments and use CLI for management tasks.
• Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot incidents and ensure service continuity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring, processes, automation, and efficiency.
