Job summary

in Katowice invites a client-focused IT operations specialist to join a team handling customer communication, ticketing, incident updates, and infrastructure monitoring for public and transportation clients. You will ensure service availability, coordinate with customers via a ticketing system, and work with Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms such as STACKIT, Azure, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cloud services such as STACKIT, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ITIL-based incident management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Linux/Unix command-line environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and stability of services through day-to-day RUN activities.
• Communicate with customers via a ticketing system following ITIL best practices.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks in line with SLAs.
• Monitor customer infrastructure using monitoring tools and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with cloud environments and CLI to manage configurations.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot incidents and maintain service continuity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring and operations.
