Job summary

Aon is looking for a proactive individual to join our Kraków team in a hybrid role that blends virtual work with in-office collaboration. You will be the first contact for clients, guiding them through their benefits while communicating clearly in English and German.

During the first months you’ll learn how we structure employee benefits, meet our specialists, and become proficient with the online tools our customers use to select and handle their benefits.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful.
• Excellent English and German – CEFR level C1 required for daily use.
• Good communication skills and the ability to help customers solve issues.
• Flexibility and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing help and guidance regarding benefits.
• Learn how we organise employee benefits and become familiar with the tools customers use to manage their benefits during the first months.
