Job summary

Aon Kraków is seeking a People Matters Senior Specialist to join our People Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will provide timely guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace inquiries, while maintaining accurate case documentation.

You will partner with People partners, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and deliver consistent, high-quality support to colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee relations, case management, or a similar people-focused role in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them in line with local regulations.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and priorities with attention to detail and governance.
• Excellent communication and social skills, with a focus on coaching managers and empathetic colleague support.
• Comfort working with case management tools and data to identify patterns and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for colleagues, managers, and People partners on employee relations, policy, performance, and workplace inquiries
• Provide guidance on People policies, processes, and resources to drive a positive colleague experience
• Handle intake, triage, routing, and resolution of colleague concerns and requests with proper escalation
• Maintain accurate, compliant case documentation and governance in case management systems
• Interpret and apply People policies in alignment with local regulations and global standards
• Partner with People teams, Legal, Compliance, Wellbeing and other functions to resolve issues and ensure smooth support
• Gather case data and insights to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
